House Gatherings
The house gatherings of The Caledonia Gathering serve as our main ministry effort. In these house gatherings, we encourage fellowship, the reading of God’s Word from the Bible, and prayer. Every person who attends a house gathering, even the little children, are encouraged to participate. We love the diversity of God’s people, and we all have something to teach each other.
Each house gathering has their own schedule, but the common practice is to meet 2-3 times per month at a member’s home. If you would like to join a house gathering, click below.
Middleville
Our house gathering meets in the Middleville area on Thursday or Tuesday evenings (varies seasonally) from 5:30pm-7:30pm. Nate and Jill Otto host these evenings of fellowship, prayer, and faith reflection. A dinner centers this time of fellowship with prayer and reflection ending the evening’s activities.
Caledonia
We are a house gathering that meets in the Caledonia area on Sunday evenings from 5pm-7pm. Both the Van Kooten household and the Klingenberg household host these evenings of fellowship, prayer, and reflection upon God’s Word. We usually gather around a meal for the first hour and then engage in prayer and reflection for the last hour.
Caledonia West *new*
Our house gathering meets in the west region of the Caledonia area during Sunday evenings from 6pm-8pm. Brian and Kerri Diemer host this gathering, and it is centered around a meal, prayer, and Biblical reflection.
Wayland
We are a house gathering that meets in the Wayland village area on Saturday evenings from 5:30pm-7:30pm. Both the Tyler & Johanna household and Charlie & Melissa’s household host these evenings of fellowship, prayer, and faith reflection on God’s Word. At the beginning of the gathering, we share a meal, and then we close our time together in prayer and reflection.
